Terms and conditions

Please read our terms & conditions carefully. You must read and agree it to use our products and services.

Order process

After you place an order, we require 50% of amount to be deposited before we start your work. Each of our products has a time frame assuming that our client will respond in timely manner (usually within 24 hours). If a customer failed to respond in timely manner, entire process may take more time than assumed or even cancel a project if a customer does not respond within 25 business days.

Progress period

Before we finalize a website, we will offer a preview of your website to make corrections and other changes. During this process you can ask us to make any required changes to your website. You will require testing your website and notifying us for any errors and deficiency. Once this step has been passed, it will be considered as your approval of your website as complete and full. In this step, if you do not respond within 5 business days, it will be considered that you have approved your website and we will step toward finalization. Any further changes will require maintenance service offered by us.

Finalization

Once your site is finished and approved by you, we will put it online on our server or any other web hosting company you like. We offer six month free hosting with our web design package only if website is hosted on our server. In case of other hosting company we will not buy hosting for you, you must provide access to your server to let us upload files and other configuration or do it your self. We offer free hosting and domain registration with our product. Free hosting is offered only for six months and free domain registration means one year free domain registration only. When your free hosting expires you must renew it or move it to another host or it will stop working. While we offer award winning customer support to our customers, hosting related support will not be provided on a website that is not hosted by us.

Customer support

You can always visit our customer support center and ask anything running in your mind. If you are non-existing customer, you can ask our pre-purchase help department. If you are our existing customer you can login to your support center account and ask for support. While we read all queries carefully and respond to them very quickly, we also reserve the right to leave a question without replying if it is found non appropriate.

Copyright and ownership

After a project is fully completed, a customer becomes legal owner of website. Customers are sole responsible for what they provided to put into their website. Angross is not responsible for any copyright claims for texts, images, logos and other content provided by customers. Angross is not responsible for any legal, social and other issues related to a website developed by us.

1. Any other dispute will be solved by Angross. Our decision will be final and binding.

2. Angross may use your website in our portfolio and in other marketing purpose. This also helps concerning website being showcase to potential peoples. If you still want to remove your website from such places, you must ask us via support center or direct contact via contact form.
